Commercial Compost Collection

Landscape debris, food scraps and food soiled paper are organic materials which easily break down into compost. This compost can be added to the soil to improve (amend) the soil conditions.

What Can Businesses Do With Compostable Debris?
A City of Seattle ordinance prohibits landscape (yard) debris in container garbage. Businesses with landscape debris can decrease garbage costs and create healthy landscapes. Allied Waste Services, Seattle offers Landscape and Compost collection services for an additional charge.
